The Meal Support Program in Kennebunkport, ME, is dedicated to providing free, accessible meal support specifically designed for individuals aged 16 and over who are navigating the outpatient phase of eating disorder recovery. Our program offers live, virtual drop-in group meals that foster a supportive and safe environment where participants can enjoy nutritious meals together. Available four times daily, with two sessions each for lunch and dinner, our meal support is facilitated by skilled nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, all working towards their CNS certification.
