Meals 4 Kids (M4K), based in Kennebunkport, ME, is dedicated to providing free fresh and nutritious food to children and teens in our community. During the school break, M4K hosts a Farmer’s Market style distribution, making essential food assistance accessible at multiple locations throughout the Greater Seacoast. Our program includes weekly deliveries of ingredients and recipes for ten wholesome meals, engaging food demonstrations, and fun cooking and fitness challenges aimed at promoting healthy lifestyles. We warmly welcome families with children 18 and younger to participate and encourage them to stay informed about distribution times and locations.
