Meals 4 Kids (M4K) is dedicated to nourishing the children and teens of Kittery, ME, by offering free, fresh, and nutritious food when school is not in session. Our innovative Farmer’s Market style distributions take place in various locations across the Greater Seacoast, ensuring that families with children aged 18 and younger have access to essential food assistance. Each week, we supply ingredients and recipes for ten healthy meals, along with engaging food demonstrations and exciting cooking and fitness challenges that support wellness and healthy eating habits. We invite families to take part in our community-focused program where nutritious food is just a visit away.
