Located in Kittery, ME, the Meal Support Program, part of Project HEAL, provides compassionate and accessible meal support tailored for individuals aged 16 and over who are navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our program offers live, facilitated virtual group meals to create a nurturing environment where participants can enjoy nutritious meals alongside others who understand their journey. With four meal support sessions available daily, including two at lunchtime and two at dinner, individuals can easily integrate these sessions into their schedules once approved. Each session is led by knowledgeable nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are working towards their CNS certification. While we are here to provide essential meal support, it's important to note that our program is not designed for crisis intervention.
