MOVE! Weight Management Program, based in Kittery, ME, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management solutions. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities annually for obesity and to connect them with tailored weight management services. We offer a variety of resources to help Veterans achieve their health goals, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! program, which allows for in-home support and clinician contact. Additionally, for those who prefer a self-directed approach, our MOVE! Coach mobile app is designed to assist in personal weight management. For Veterans facing ongoing weight challenges, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery options.
