Meals 4 Kids (M4K) is dedicated to ensuring that children and teens in Lebanon, ME, have access to fresh and nutritious food. Our program operates a free Farmer’s Market style distribution in various locations across the Greater Seacoast, particularly when school is not in session. We focus on providing families with children up to 18 years old with weekly ingredients and recipes for ten healthy meals, along with engaging food demonstrations and cooking and fitness challenges. We invite families to join us in promoting well-being and nutrition in our community, offering a supportive environment for all who need it.
