Our program offers a tailored financial grant of $200, a $100 gas card, and a $100 grocery card to help ease the burden of daily expenses. Additionally, we provide access to psycho-social counseling sessions with a licensed clinical social worker and genetic counseling via phone with a qualified genetic counselor. We invite healthcare professionals to refer eligible patients to apply for assistance, ensuring that applications are processed promptly and grants are awarded based on available funding.
