MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Lincoln, ME, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity, connecting them with personalized treatment options tailored to their unique needs and preferences. We offer a variety of supportive services including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, an in-home messaging system that provides ongoing clinician contact. For those who prefer self-guided management, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is an excellent resource. Additionally, we offer weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who require further assistance after utilizing our MOVE! program.
