Located in Lisbon Falls, ME, the Meal Support Program by Project HEAL provides essential, eating disorder-informed meal support for individuals aged 16 and older at the outpatient level of care. Our program offers a welcoming environment with live, facilitated virtual group meals that encourage participants to nourish their bodies while receiving support from trained nutrition practitioners. With sessions available four times daily, including two for lunch and two for dinner, individuals can easily integrate these meal times into their schedules to enhance their recovery journey. Our mission is to foster a safe and supportive community that empowers individuals to overcome challenges associated with eating disorders, ensuring they have access to practical nutrition guidance throughout their recovery process.
