Located in Litchfield, ME, the Meal Support Program provides compassionate and accessible meal support for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating eating disorder recovery at the outpatient level. Our program offers live, virtual group meals that foster a safe and welcoming environment, allowing participants to consume nutrition while receiving vital support. With meals available four times a day during lunch and dinner hours, individuals can join as often as they like, tailored to fit their personal schedules. Each session is led by knowledgeable nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are dedicated to guiding participants as they work towards achieving their health goals. Please note that while we are here to support recovery, this program is not a substitute for urgent or crisis care.
