The Meal Support Program in Norridgewock, ME offers essential meal support for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating the challenges of eating disorder recovery at the outpatient level of care. Our program features live, facilitated virtual drop-in group meals designed to create a welcoming and safe space where participants can consume nutritious meals alongside others experiencing similar journeys. With four meal support sessions each day, including two during lunch and two during dinner, individuals can select times that fit their schedules, allowing for flexible participation. Each session is led by trained nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator, ensuring that participants receive informed support throughout their recovery process.
