Located in North Berwick, ME, the American Children's Cancer Benevolence Fund (ACCBF) is dedicated to uplifting families navigating the challenges of childhood cancer. Our Grant Program offers essential financial support to families whose child is currently battling cancer, as well as to survivors within four years of remission. We understand the financial burden that comes with treatment, which is why we provide assistance for crucial needs such as housing, utilities, food, medical expenses, prescriptions, transportation to medical appointments, and even lodging for distant care. Each request for benevolence is carefully reviewed on a case-by-case basis, ensuring that assistance aligns with the needs of the family and the availability of our funds. Approved requests are paid directly to service providers, alleviating some of the financial stress during this difficult time.
