Meals 4 Kids (M4K) is dedicated to ensuring that children and teens in North Berwick, ME, have access to fresh and nutritious food, especially when school is out. Our program offers free Farmer’s Market-style distributions across the Greater Seacoast, providing essential food assistance and fostering healthy habits through weekly meal ingredients, recipes for ten nutritious meals, food demonstrations, and engaging cooking and fitness challenges. Families with children aged 18 and younger are encouraged to take part in our initiatives, promoting wellness in our community and making it easier to nourish the next generation.
