Located in North Yarmouth, ME, the Expedition Community Supports Program is dedicated to empowering adults with developmental disabilities through engaging year-round services that foster active, healthy living. Our mission is to create inclusive opportunities that promote healthy food choices, encourage physical activity, and nurture meaningful community involvement and friendships. Participants can enjoy a diverse range of program activities, including sports, hiking, gardening, arts and crafts, cooking, and even raising chickens. We believe in the power of exploration, offering field trips and volunteer projects that enrich lives while building connections. Individuals interested in joining our program must qualify for Section 21 or 29 Waivers through the Department of Health & Human Services (DHHS), with self-pay options also available for those without a Waiver.
