Meals on Wheels, part of Spectrum Generations, is dedicated to delivering nutritious meals to elderly and homebound adults in Oakland, ME, and surrounding areas, including Kennebec, Knox, Lincoln, Sagadahoc, Somerset, and Waldo Counties, as well as Harpswell and Brunswick in Cumberland County. Our warm and compassionate team provides home-delivered meals that cater to individual dietary needs, considering health, religious, and ethnic requirements whenever possible. We typically make deliveries from mid-morning to early afternoon, and our local Nutrition Coordinator is available to assist with scheduling in your area. We welcome donations of any size, but we firmly believe that no one should go hungry, which is why we ensure that meals are accessible to everyone, regardless of their ability to pay.
