Meal Support Program

Project HEAL Oakland, ME

About Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Oakland, ME, is dedicated to providing free and accessible nutrition support to individuals over the age of 16 navigating the often challenging path of eating disorder recovery at the outpatient level. Our virtual drop-in group meals offer a welcoming and safe environment where participants can come together four times daily to enjoy meals facilitated by knowledgeable nutrition practitioners currently training for their CNS certification. We prioritize creating an inclusive atmosphere that fosters connection and support as individuals engage with nourishing food. Once enrolled, participants have the flexibility to attend as many meal support sessions as their schedules allow, ensuring they receive the care they need in a compassionate setting. Please note that while we focus on meal support, we are not a crisis support service; for urgent assistance, reach out by texting HEALING to 741741 or contacting emergency services.
