The Meal Support Program in Old Orchard Beach, ME, is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating outpatient eating disorder recovery. Our virtual drop-in group meals create a nurturing environment where participants can enjoy their meals alongside peers, fostering a sense of community and understanding. Our sessions take place four times daily, offering flexibility to accommodate varying schedules—two for lunch and two for dinner. Each meal support session is led by nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, enhancing the supportive experience with expert guidance. While this program aims to assist with meal support, it is important to note that it does not serve as urgent care.
