Project HEAL Old Town, ME

About Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Old Town, ME, offers compassionate, free, and eating disorder-informed meal assistance for individuals over 16 who are navigating outpatient recovery. Our live, virtual drop-in group meals provide a welcoming and safe environment where participants can share nourishing experiences while receiving vital support. With four daily meal support sessions—two for lunch and two for dinner—participants have the flexibility to attend as many times as they need, fitting seamlessly into their schedules. Each session is expertly guided by nutrition practitioners who are currently training within the Clinician’s Incubator program, ensuring that every attendee receives well-rounded support tailored to their recovery journey. While we focus on meal support, we do not provide crisis intervention. For urgent support, please text HEALING to 741741 or contact emergency services.
