MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Orono, ME, is dedicated to enhancing the health and wellness of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to support each Veteran in achieving a healthier lifestyle by providing tailored care options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for convenient in-home support. For those who enjoy self-management, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available, or Veterans can explore weight loss medications and bariatric surgery if needed. Each year, we conduct screenings for obesity at VA facilities to identify individuals who may benefit from our program.
