The Meal Support Program in Orono, ME, offers free, accessible meal support tailored for individuals over 16 who are navigating outpatient care for eating disorders. Our program provides a welcoming and safe space for meal support through live, facilitated virtual group meals, designed to foster community and provide essential nutritional support during recovery. With sessions available four times daily, participants can join at their convenience and receive guidance from dedicated nutrition practitioners who are training to achieve their CNS certification. We believe that no one should face their recovery journey alone, and our meal support program is here to ensure that every participant feels supported as they take essential steps towards healing.
