OvarCare Patient Assistance Program, located in Pittsfield, ME, is dedicated to supporting women battling ovarian cancer by providing essential financial assistance and counseling services tailored to their needs. Our program offers a financial grant of $200, along with a $100 gas card and a $100 grocery card to help alleviate some of the burdens faced during treatment. Additionally, we provide access to psycho-social counseling sessions with a licensed clinical social worker and genetic counseling through phone consultations with a certified genetic counselor. We invite healthcare providers, including physicians, nurses, and social workers, to submit applications on behalf of patients, which are processed in the order they are received, subject to funding availability.
