Our mission is to support every Veteran in our care by annually screening for obesity and providing tailored referrals to a variety of weight management options. From engaging group sessions and personalized telephone coaching to the innovative TeleMOVE! in-home support and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer self-guided approaches, we strive to meet the unique needs of each individual.
