Project HEAL Poland, ME

About Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Poland, ME, is dedicated to offering free, accessible meal support specifically designed for individuals aged 16 and older who are in outpatient care for eating disorders. Our program hosts live, virtual drop-in meal sessions that create a supportive, safe environment for participants to nourish themselves while receiving encouragement from trained nutrition practitioners. We understand the challenges faced during the recovery journey, which is why we provide four meal support times daily, making it flexible for individuals to join as their schedules allow. As part of the Clinician’s Incubator training program, our facilitators are actively working towards obtaining their CNS certification, ensuring professional guidance throughout each session. Please note that while we offer essential meal support, we are not equipped for crisis intervention. For urgent needs, please contact crisis support services directly.
