Available in both English and Spanish, the program includes six informative e-booklets tailored to guide individuals step-by-step in their journey, along with monthly e-newsletters packed with seasonal tips and information on local community events. Enrollees who provide their phone numbers are also invited to our monthly 'Ask the Experts' Q&A series, where they can engage directly with ADA professionals, ask questions, explore the important connection between diabetes and heart health, and enjoy giveaways to assist them in thriving with diabetes.
