Meals 4 Kids (M4K) is dedicated to ensuring that children and teens in Saco, ME, have access to fresh and nutritious food. Our program offers free Farmer’s Market-style distributions across the Greater Seacoast, providing essential food assistance when schools are not in session. M4K supports families with children aged 18 and under by delivering weekly ingredients and recipes for ten nutritious meals, alongside engaging food demonstrations and fun cooking and fitness challenges. We invite families to join us in nurturing healthy eating habits and creating joyful meal experiences together.
