The Meal Support Program in Saco, ME, offers free and accessible meal support tailored for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating the outpatient phase of eating disorder recovery. Our program features live, facilitated virtual group meals, providing a welcoming and safe environment for participants to focus on nutrition and build supportive connections. With four daily meal support sessions, including two for lunch and two for dinner, individuals can choose to attend as many sessions as fit their schedules after approval. Led by dedicated nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, all sessions emphasize care and understanding in the recovery journey.
