We offer a financial grant of $200, along with a $100 gas card and a $100 grocery card to help alleviate immediate financial burdens. Additionally, our program includes access to psycho-social counseling sessions and genetic counseling by licensed professionals, all conducted via phone for convenience. We invite healthcare providers to submit applications on behalf of patients.
