Meals on Wheels, part of Spectrum Generations, is dedicated to providing nutritious home-delivered meals to elderly and homebound individuals throughout South China and across Kennebec, Knox, Lincoln, Sagadahoc, Somerset, and Waldo Counties, along with Harpswell and Brunswick in Cumberland County. Our program not only ensures that essential nutrition reaches those in need but also accommodates special dietary requirements based on health conditions, religious beliefs, or cultural backgrounds. Meals are typically delivered from mid-morning to early afternoon, with schedules tailored by our local Nutrition Coordinator. We believe that no one should face hunger; therefore, while we welcome contributions of any size, meals are provided without charge to those who cannot afford them.
