About Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in South China, ME, is dedicated to providing free, accessible meal support for individuals aged 16 and over who are navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our program features live, facilitated virtual group meals designed to foster a secure environment where participants can focus on nutrition while receiving the support they need. We offer meal support sessions four times a day, with two sessions for lunch and two for dinner, allowing flexibility to fit within individual schedules. Each session is led by nutrition practitioners in training who are working towards their CNS certification, ensuring that participants benefit from expert guidance. While we focus on meal support, we encourage individuals in crisis to seek immediate assistance from appropriate resources.
