In South Paris, ME, the Prader-Willi Syndrome Association (PWSA) is dedicated to empowering individuals diagnosed with Prader-Willi syndrome and their families through compassionate and comprehensive support. Our Family Support team offers critical resources including accurate information at the time of diagnosis, parent mentoring, and guidance on nutritional education and meal planning tailored to the unique needs of each family. We also provide behavior management support and assist with the complex application and appeal processes for Medicaid, insurance coverage, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI).
