Located in South Portland, ME, the Portland Food Co-Op Grocery Store is dedicated to providing our community with fresh, locally-sourced products from over 200 Maine-based producers alongside beloved national brands. We offer a wide variety of items including fresh produce, quality meats and dairy, vitamins, body care essentials, and household products. Our commitment to accessibility is reflected in our acceptance of SNAP benefits, and we proudly participate in a program that allows SNAP recipients to obtain free local produce. To ensure the safety of all our shoppers, especially those who are immune compromised, disabled, or elderly, we have reserved the hours from 10 A.M. to 11 A.M. exclusively for them before opening our store to the general public from 11 A.M. to 8 P.M. We strive to be a welcoming place where everyone can find the food assistance they need and support local agriculture.
