MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Springvale, ME, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through a comprehensive approach to weight management and health promotion. This program aims to screen all Veterans receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with tailored weight management services that best fit their individual needs. Offering a variety of options, MOVE! includes group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for at-home support. For those who prefer self-directed management, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available, while our program also accommodates Veterans requiring more intensive interventions, such as weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
