At CORE in Topsham, ME, we are dedicated to supporting families in the restaurant industry who face financial challenges due to illness or medical emergencies. Our mission is to provide essential financial assistance to food and beverage service employees with children, ensuring they can meet urgent needs during tough times. We offer support for a variety of expenses, including rent or mortgage payments, utility bills, medical costs, and childcare necessities such as diapers and formula. Our program recognizes the unique challenges faced by restaurant workers, and we strive to make a meaningful difference in their lives through compassionate assistance. Previous grant recipients may reapply after a year for additional support, up to a lifetime cap of $7,500.
