The Meal Support Program in Turner, ME, is dedicated to offering free and accessible meal support for individuals over 16 who are navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our program provides a nurturing environment where participants can join live, facilitated virtual group meals designed to foster a safe community. With meal support sessions available daily—two for lunch and two for dinner—attendees have the flexibility to integrate support into their schedules as needed. Each session is guided by nutrition practitioners who are training to obtain their CNS certification, ensuring that participants receive professional guidance alongside their meals.
