In Turner, ME, One-On-One Nutrition Consultations by the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (LLS) offers invaluable, free support for cancer patients and their caregivers. Our dedicated program connects individuals with registered dietitians who provide personalized guidance on improving nutrition and managing side effects of treatment. During an approximately 30-minute consultation, participants will learn effective meal planning strategies, helpful grocery shopping tips, and how to best support loved ones throughout their cancer journey. Additionally, we equip clients with crucial questions for their healthcare team and direct them to further nutrition resources available in their community.
