Located in Vassalboro, ME, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. With a focus on individualized care, we aim to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with tailored weight management options that suit their preferences. Our program offers a variety of resources, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, the innovative TeleMOVE! service for in-home support, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer to self-manage their weight. For Veterans facing continued challenges, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
