Meals on Wheels, a vital program by Spectrum Generations, is dedicated to providing nutritious, home-delivered meals to elderly and homebound adults in Warren, ME, and the surrounding areas, including Kennebec, Knox, Lincoln, Sagadahoc, Somerset, Waldo Counties, and parts of Cumberland County. Our mission is to ensure that senior citizens receive balanced meals tailored to their specific dietary needs, whether due to health concerns, religious requirements, or cultural backgrounds. Meals are typically delivered during the late morning to early afternoon, and our local Nutrition Coordinator is available to provide information on delivery schedules in your area. While we welcome donations of any size, we believe that no one should go hungry, which is why we never deny a meal to those unable to pay. We are here to support our community's most vulnerable members with compassion and care.
