Meal Support Program
Project HEAL Warren, ME
About Meal Support Program
In Warren, ME, the Meal Support Program understands the challenges faced by individuals navigating the complexities of eating disorder recovery. We provide free, accessible meal support tailored for those aged 16 and up at the outpatient level of care. Our program features live, facilitated virtual drop-in group meals, creating a welcoming and supportive environment for participants to receive nutritional guidance while sharing in the experience of communal dining. Offering four daily meal support sessions—two for lunch and two for dinner—individuals can attend as many sessions as their schedule allows, once approved. Each session is led by nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are on their path to obtaining CNS certification. While we focus on creating a nurturing atmosphere for meal support, please note that we are not a crisis care service; for urgent needs, we encourage individuals to reach out to appropriate crisis resources.
