Our mission is to ensure that every Mainer, particularly those facing barriers to access, can connect with vital support tailored to their needs. By utilizing our user-friendly online referral system, individuals can easily access culturally and linguistically appropriate services, maternal and child resources, healthcare navigation assistance, health education, and information on resources for food, heating, transportation, and stress relief, including COVID-related support. Each household is encouraged to submit one referral, after which our dedicated staff will match them with a partner organization that can provide personalized assistance within 1-3 days. We understand that eligibility varies by program and region, and we are here to guide you through the process for a better, healthier future.
