The DHHS Community Care Program, part of the Office of Population Health Equity in Waterville, ME, is dedicated to helping Mainers overcome barriers to accessing vital health programs and social services. By submitting a single referral per household, community members can initiate a conversation with our dedicated partners, who will typically reach out within 1-3 days to discuss the available assistance and eligibility requirements for resources in their region.
