The Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) offered by the University of Maine Cooperative Extension in Waterville, ME, is dedicated to providing free nutrition and health education to income-eligible parents and caregivers, especially those involved with programs like SNAP, WIC, or Head Start.
