Meals 4 Kids (M4K) is dedicated to ensuring that children and teens in Wells, ME, have access to free, nutritious food, particularly when school is out of session. Our program hosts a community-based Farmer’s Market-style distribution at various locations across the Greater Seacoast, providing families with weekly ingredients and recipes for ten healthy meals. In addition to food assistance, we offer engaging food demonstrations and cooking and fitness challenges to inspire healthy habits. Families with children 18 years and younger are invited to join us and can easily sign up for alerts about distribution times and locations.
