The Maine Senior FarmShare Program is dedicated to supporting income-eligible older adults in Windham, ME, by providing access to fresh, local produce at no cost. Each participating senior has the opportunity to receive a $50 share of seasonal fruits and vegetables directly from Maine farmers during the growing season. Registration begins in April, and seniors must sign up directly with a participating farmer to secure their share, which is available on a first come, first served basis. While we encourage all eligible seniors to apply, please note that meeting eligibility requirements does not guarantee a FarmShare due to limited availability.
