The Meal Support Program in Winterport, ME, is dedicated to providing compassionate and accessible meal support for individuals aged 16 and older who are in outpatient eating disorder recovery. Our program offers live, virtual drop-in group meals designed to create a safe and supportive environment for participants as they navigate their journey towards recovery. With four meal support sessions held daily—two for lunch and two for dinner—participants can seamlessly integrate these sessions into their schedules and receive the nutrition they need with expert guidance. Each session is facilitated by caring nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are working toward their CNS certification.
