Located in Wiscasset, ME, the Meal Support Program offers compassionate and structured meal assistance for individuals aged 16 and over who are navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our program hosts four daily virtual group meals, thoughtfully designed to provide a safe, supportive environment for participants to receive essential nutrition while connecting with others on a similar journey. Each session is facilitated by dedicated nutrition practitioners who are currently training to obtain their CNS certification, ensuring that our attendees receive expert guidance. Individuals can attend as many meal support sessions as needed to fit their schedules, fostering a sense of community and accountability during their recovery process.
