The Community Food Pantry in Yarmouth, ME, is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to residents in Cumberland, North Yarmouth, Pownal, and New Gloucester who are in need. With a compassionate approach, we offer a diverse inventory of both perishable and nonperishable items, generously donated by local churches, organizations, and individuals. Our mission is to ensure that everyone has access to nutritious food while also providing guidance to additional support services. Upon their first visit, customers can complete a simple application and present a valid photo ID and a utility bill to verify residency. We serve individuals and families on our open days, which are the 1st, 2nd, and 4th Fridays of each month, and we welcome them to visit any open day throughout the calendar year with their assigned ID card.
