MOVE! Weight Management Program in Allen Park, MI, is dedicated to enhancing the health and wellbeing of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran accessing care at VA facilities is screened annually for obesity and connected to the most suitable weight management services. We offer a variety of treatment options tailored to individual needs, including group sessions, personalized telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support. Additionally, our MOVE! Coach mobile app empowers Veterans to manage their weight independently. For those facing ongoing challenges, we also provide access to weight loss medications and the opportunity for bariatric surgery.
