Michigan State University's Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) in Bloomfield Hills, MI, is dedicated to empowering limited-resource families and caregivers with essential nutrition education. Our mission is to foster healthy eating habits and sustainable food practices through practical workshops, cooking demonstrations, and hand-on activities. We support adults planning, shopping, and preparing nutritious meals for children, as well as those expecting a child or caring for young ones, including grandparents. By equipping participants with the knowledge and skills necessary for making informed food choices, EFNEP helps create a foundation for healthier communities and future generations.
