MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Brighton, MI, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through a comprehensive approach to weight management and health promotion. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity annually and has access to tailored weight management services that align with their unique preferences and needs. MOVE! offers a variety of support options including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, the innovative TeleMOVE! for in-home assistance, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who desire a self-directed approach. For Veterans who may need additional support, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
