Cancer Transitions is a dedicated program located in Clio, MI, designed specifically for survivors of any cancer diagnosis who have recently completed their treatment. While our services are optimally tailored for those who finished their treatment within the last 24 months, we welcome and support survivors at any stage of their journey. Our comprehensive approach includes nutritional support, personalized exercise plans, emotional health education, and insights into medical management, all aimed at empowering survivors to regain control of their health and well-being. We believe that each individual deserves the resources and support necessary to thrive after cancer treatment.
